A partner that cares as much about the customer experience as the businesses behind it. INNABLINK needed a brand that looked sharp, moved quickly, and said all the right things, instantly.
WHAT WE MADE
A brand made to be seen: We created a bold visual identity in electric blue and fluorescent lime. This combination made delivery bikes and uniforms unmistakable, even from a distance. Reflective and glow-in-the-dark elements helped the brand pop at night, too.
A smile that meant business: The visual motif of a smile captured everything Innablink stood for: satisfaction, reliability, and human connection. It turned a functional service into something you felt good about.
A digital presence that delivered: We designed an intuitive platform, featuring an app for drivers and customers, as well as a dashboard for internal teams. Everything was streamlined, simple, and fast, just like the brand.
Uniforms and transport that carried the brand: The branded vehicles and staff kit became part of the street landscape, recognisable, confident, and cohesive with the rest of the identity.
Clear communication that cut through: We dropped the broken promises and focused on clarity. A vector-based style with no photography meant every message hit its mark. On Instagram, alerts and updates in lime green made the brand instantly recognisable at just a glance. Both as a brand and as a brand, Innablink was fast, bright, and unmistakably itself.
